  Hand-in-hand with the training we provide our customers, we also offer extensive and time-sensitive support to assist customers in resolving problems and creating innovative solutions to new tasks. We work with our customers to help them keep their software up to date with the latest technologies and environmental and situational changes within their organization.

Telephone Support: We understand the value of your data and uptime of your equipment and software. We maintain a highly trained support staff to answer your calls and provide assistance in resolving your questions during business hours. Our support staff will work with your personnel by obtaining information and provide them with the necessary steps to resolve your problems in a timely fashion. Our personnel are trained and experienced to asking the ‘right’ questions to gain the ‘picture’ of the situation at your company.

E-mail Support: Our customers can contact us via email seven days a week and 24 hours a day. For less critical issues many of our customers email their requests and/or description of the problems that they’re experiencing. We are committed to replying to these emails within one business day, most times resolving your problem the same day.

Onsite: When the situation dictates, we travel to our client’s sites to troubleshoot and resolve the issue at their location. We are sensitive to our customer’s needs, time and physical assets. Our goal is always to resolve the problem quickly, quietly and professionally. Our desire is to limit the amount of disruption to our client’s business and office personnel.

Offsite: If necessary or desired we will take our clients equipment and/or data back to our offices and work on resolving the problem at our own location. We often do this to minimize the disruption to our clients business. Bringing the data back to our offices allows us to use our resources to better troubleshoot problems, develop solutions to our customer’s requests.
